Friend,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to present my
credentials and tell you a little about my background and
personal interests. My hope is that this information will
not just impress you, but help us to better understand
each other, and to promote a better business relationship
between us.
I have a degree in English and Psychology. I am also a published poet and spent four years working at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. I studied archeology in Israel and
participated in a dig behind the Western Wall in a civilization over 2500 years old.
I owned and operated a jewelry store in Rockville called "The Gold Mine" for over twenty years. Having lived and worked in Montgomery County for many years has enabled me to know the area and people very well. Through my success at The Gold Mine, I am fortunate to have sustained a very loyal clientele. This clientele continues to work with me for all their real estate needs.
My interest in real estate became my dream over 15 years ago when I was searching for property. After I retired from retail, I was able to fulfill my goal and sell real estate. Twenty six successful years in business has afforded me a great deal of knowledge concerning finance and negotiations; which is necessary for a successful real estate career. I have more
than tripled my business each year and 26 years of selling has taught me how to bring buyers and sellers together into a mutually satisfactory transaction.
I have created some marketing tools that I feel not only set me apart from the other agents but also sets off the marketed home above the rest. I am one of the only agents who prepare the Neighborhood Book. I not only market homes to the public, I market to the real estate community and my loyal clientele.
